Samajik Adhikarita Shivir, a Camp for Free distribution of Aids and Appliances under the ADIP Scheme on 6th Nov 2017 at the Permanent Exhibition Complex, Belagavi.

“No stone unturned, no section of society left out”, Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji’s all-inclusive developmental plan for the nation has been on a roll through innovative ideas and consistent implementation. We take great pride in being part of these administrative reforms that are all set to change the shape of the nation at all strata.

In one such attempt at including the Physically Handicapped and ensuring that they get the due benefits, the Centre is planning to provide Unique Identity Cards to these differently abled individuals. These path-breaking plans were announced by the Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Shri Krishnan Pal Gurjar as he participated in the Samajik Adhikarita Shivir, a Camp for Free distribution of Aids and Appliances under the ADIP Scheme on 6^th Nov 2017 at the Permanent Exhibition Complex, Belagavi.

The program is the 272^nd such event in the country and it saw the distribution of 4205 artificial limbs and various appliances worth Rs 85 Lakh among 945 beneficiaries.
