Free Health Camp at Ankali on 1st August, 2017

As part of the continual commitment to the welfare of rural citizens, healthcare professionals from KLE Society’s institutions conducted a Free Health Camp at Ankali on 1st August, 2017 to mark the 70th birthday of Rajya Sabha MP and KLE Society Chairman Dr Prabhakar Kore.

Nearly 8000 rural citizens benefitted from the endeavour which saw the participation of the Departments of Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Orthopedics, ENT, Paediatrics, Opthalmology, Skin Disease, Respiratory Diseases, Psychology, Urology, Neurology, Cardiology, Haepatology, Diabetology, Dentistry, Ayurveda and Homeopathy. The activities included Random Blood Sugar checkup for 5800 people while Hemoglobin levels of nearly 6200 individuals were checked.
