9th Convocation of KLE KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research (KAHER)

Privileged to preside over the 9th Convocation of KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research (KAHER). The illustrious presence of Shri. Venkaiah Naidu, Hon’ble Vice President of India heightened the sanctity of the occasion that commemorates another milestone in the journey of KLE Society. The esteemed statesman expressed concern over the status of Primary Healthcare facilities across the nation and called for a greater facilitation of Private-Public partnership to address the same. Inspiring the new graduates on their momentous occasion, he called upon the youth to take up greater responsibilities in ensuring that the best of treatments and services were taken to the remotest areas in the country.

The Honorable Vice President payed glowing tributes to the “Saptarishis”, the founding fathers of KLE Society and appreciated the missionary zeal of KLE Society in transforming the lives of people in North Karnataka and beyond through education and healthcare services.

Dr. Vivek Saoji, Vice Chancellor of KAHER presented the Annual Report of KAHER.  Dr. Prabhakar Kore, Chancellor of KAHER presided over the function. Dr. V D Patil, Registrar of KAHER, Dr.(Mrs) N S Mahantshetti, members of the Board of Management of the KLE Society, Heads of the Institutions, faculty, students and parents were present on the occasion. 1011 students were awarded with degrees and 26 students received Gold Medals for their academic excellence. Dr. Sanoli Gupta of JNMC bagged two Gold Medals in MBBS course.
