Honourable President of India inaugurates KLE Cancer Hospital, Belagavi
Honourable President of India Smt Droupadi Murmu inaugurated the KLE Dr Sampathkumar Shivanagi Cancer Hospital at Belagavi on 3rd January 2025. This 300 beds hospital at Belagavi which has been constructed at a cost of nearly 300 crores is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities. The facility will provide Cancer cure and Cancer care facilities to people from Karnataka and the neighbouring states of Maharashtra, Goa and Telangana.
Guest of Honour Shri Pralhad Joshi, Union Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution and the Minister of New and Renewable Energy, Dr Sharanprakash Patil, Hon’ble Cabinet Minister for Medical Education and Skill Development of Karnataka, Shri Satish Jarkiholi, Hon’ble Minister of Public Works Department of Karnataka, Shri Jagadish Shettar, Former Chief Minister of Karnataka and MP Belagavi, Shri Aasif Sait, MLA Belagavi North, Shri Abhay Patil, MLA Belagavi South, Members of the Board of Management, KLE Society, Heads of Institutions, Staff, Students and well wishers were present.
